Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-234 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING MUNICIPAL S~E AID STREET SYSTEM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey that the revisions hereinafter described should be made to <br />the existing Municipal State Aid Street System under the <br />provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA G~UNTY, S~I~TE OF MINNESO~I%, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That segment 010 on Municipal State Aid Street #105 <br />be relocated from nonexistent 148th Lane between S.T.H. No. 47 <br />and Xkimo Street Northwest to existing 149th Avenue Northwest <br />between S.T.H. No. 47 and Waco Street Northwest. <br /> <br /> 2 That the Acting City Administrator/Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this <br />resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his <br />consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of <br />said road or portion thereof, that same deleted from the State <br />Aid Street System of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the fo/lowing member abstained: <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 17th day of December, 1985. <br /> <br /> <br />
