Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RI~O[II~ION #85-236 RESOLUTION REVISING ~3NICIPAL S~%TE AID S~REET SYSTEM WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the revisions hereinafter described should be made to the existing Municipal State Aid Street System under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, (hapter 162. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA (IlINTY, S~%TE OF MINNES(YlI%, as follows: 1) ~hat the following described road: a) Nonexistent 153rd Avenue Northwest be- between Puma Street Northwest and U.S. High- way #10 & 169. be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. 2) That the Acting City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his approval of the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same constructed, improved and maintained as part of the State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 112. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following member abstained: Councilmember Schlueter and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared dully passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 17th day of~D~?ember, 1985.. gcting City Admi~rk
