<br />rei~.c,,:,~'.~ to the improvement of the extension of utilities,
<br />str~;i ~, ~d ;~torm sewer for Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition Phase II
<br />and ~.~! report wa.*~ received by the Ramsey City Council on March

<br />WHEREAS, the report indicates the following:

<br />NOW T}[E~',F, FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF
<br />RAMSE¥'~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />imp~r,v,:-m, nt~ of the extension of utilities, streets and storm
<br />sewr:~_ ;;:,.~,; F].iDtwood Hi]Is 2nd Addition Phase II in accordance
<br />wJt',~ ~ ,~eport amd the assessment of affected property for all
<br />o~: ~, ?,,~ci:;i. on of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the
