Raatikka of Hakans~/~, A~k~'rson Associates, Inc. on the feasibility of establishing a storm sewe~~ imf~ro.~;ment taxing district, the South Central Drainage District, and cons%ru~;t~i storm sewer improvements in that district; and the Ramsey City Council received the report on March 25, NOW TH!:].~.F~?(~JtN, NF, IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA {i(~ilq'!'.~ SLATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I That the Rmasey City Council will consider the establishment of a s[o,~,q ~ewer improvement taxing district, the South Central Drainage Distri~ { ~ ~!,d c~mstruction of storm sewer improvements in that district in accor<l,.~n~',,; ,.:~Jth ~he report. ~) That a public hearing shall be held on the proposed establish- ment .'~Ii ~n~<~)- di.<~trict on the 15th day of April, 1986, in the Council Chambers of ~hc P~m~,y Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator shall giw~ rani I~,.~[ and published notice of such hearing as required by law.
