<br />RESOLUT~(~N APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
<br />ADVEt(TI~E~ENT FOR BIDS
<br />
<br /> %~iIEREAS, pursuant to a motion passed by the Ramsey City
<br />CouncJ ? o~! April 22, 1 986, City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. Raatikka
<br />of [lak,,,~,.~-~,~ Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and
<br />speci.~at._ons for the extension of utilities, streets and storm
<br />sewe~ ~',:,~: .~:~Sr, twood Hills 2nd Addition Phase II.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE lit RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF
<br />RA.M.~'~Y~ ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as f ollows:
<br />
<br />That such plans and specifications, a copy of which
<br />hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
<br />
<br />Y~ That the City Administrator shall prepare and cause
<br />to bc~ i~-~:~l:ed in the official paper, the Anoka Union and in the
<br />Co~stru~!~;<~n Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making
<br />of such '.?,~i~rovement under such approved plans and specifications.
<br />The ~dvc~ ~iisement shall be published for twenty-one (21) days,
<br />shal] sp.~fy the work to be done, shall state that bids will be
<br />rece~0 by the City Administrator until i1:00 A.M. on June 23,
<br />]986.~. ~: w!~ich time they will be publicly opened in the Council
<br />Chamber': ,~; the Ramsey Municipal Center by the City Administrator
<br />and (!Jt~/ F,,~gineer, wiII then be tabulated, and will be considered
<br />by tl.,~,, i!~,~sey City Council on June 24, 1986 in the Council
<br />Chambc~,~ i!!o bids will be considered unless sealed and filed
<br />with ~be i~ty Administrator and accompanied by a cash deposit,
<br />cashic..c:~ checks bid bond or certified check payable to the City
<br />of R~,~y for five, (5) per cent of the amount of such bid.
