Coun;~;,;~'0. her Schlueter introduced the followimg resolution and moved fo~_ i:~:~ adoption: RESOLUTION #86-87 RESOL~IT~.OM APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR BERG ELECTRIC (Lighting in W~{EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted #~5-138 ordering plans and specifications for the Central Park; and ~i~EREASS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopi~,i ~, motion accepted and awarded the bid to Berg Electric for th~ i~;~allat~on of lighting in Central Park; and W~EREAS, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associations.: Inc. recommended full and final payment in the amount of NOW T~ERE?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOMA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 'I) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby autho-~i~¢:~.; full amd final payment to Berg Electric for the inst~ii.'l ~t i. on of lighting in Central Park in the amount of $74,905 ~o0 ~ ~) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby auth~ 5zes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form {~o~ ti~i~; '~.~11 and final payment. .'~) That the total amount of this full and final paym,~ ~i~ not included in Resolution #86-69 adopted by the Rams~y C~;~.,;, Council on May 27, 1986, approving payment of the bi]].s fc~, ~b,~ month of May~ 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provi,~d ~ ~[gned copy of this resolution.
