<br />City c,,~-.~ il on May 27 ~ 1986, City Engineer, Mr. Peter R.
<br />Rasti~k~ c,~ Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared plans
<br />and '.:p~ i i ications for the sealcoating improvement of the
<br />
<br />1) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Barium Street
<br /> .Iq. and Argon Street N.W.
<br />
<br />2) Barium Street N.W. from the North boundary of
<br />the Halland Acres plat to the South boundary line
<br />of said. plat
<br />
<br />3) Argon Street N.W. from 154th Lane N.W. to the
<br />South boundary line of the plat of Halland Acres
<br />
<br />and b~,s p~ ~se'oted such plans and specifications to the Ramsey

<br />NOW TI{DiR~F¢;RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIiE CITY OF
<br />RAMSB"~ AN0~A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />is ati~.'~)~.~ hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.

<br /> 5~) That the City Administrator shall prepare and cause
<br />to b~ j~sc~.-ted in the official paper and in the Construction
<br />Bu]l~;'~.~ sn advertisement for bids upon the making of such
<br />impr~,v~q,_er_,.t under such approved plans and specifications. The
<br />adve~.~i~,~'.~t shall be published for ten days, shall specify the
<br />work t(~ b~ done, shall state that bids will be received by the
<br />City Ad~,,i~J. strator, until 11:00 A.M. on July 8, 1986, at which
