Raatikka of <br />Haka,r~ ¢',~, A~derson Associates, Inc., has prepared plans and <br />apeci £ Jca'i~;i (~.~ on the fo]. lowing improvements: <br /> <br />The extension of sanitary sewer and municipal water <br />the industrial area (Project 86--16). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSE~{:~ ANO~.~. COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> i!) That such plans and specifications, a copy of which <br />is o~ ~ i]~-~ in the office of the City Administrator, are hereby <br />approv(~d., <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator shall cause to be <br />insert~d ~i~ the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin <br />an a~iver~isement for bids upon the making of such improvements <br />under .~u,~b approved plans and specifications.
