Council.~u.~,bc~,r Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and <br />moved f~,., i?s adoption~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #86-140 <br /> <br />RESOL]~%!iO~ CALLING FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Carol <br />Ro s e ~/~ 7 ) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City <br />Coun~J } o, August 22 ~ 1986 , the City Administrator/Clerk was <br />d. ir~e~icd to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the <br />sealcoat~i~g project of the following streets: <br /> <br />]) Yolite Street N.W. lying between the North and <br />South boundary lines of the plat of Carol-Rose <br />Ac r e s <br /> <br />2) 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />~,~.W. and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) 164th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />MoW. and Lots 4 and 5 Block 2 of the plat of Carol- <br />Rose Acres <br /> <br />4) 163rd Lane N,W. lying between Yolite Street <br />M~,W. and Variolite Street N.Wo <br /> <br /> A~D WHEREAS the City Administrator/Clerk has notified <br />the (~? C~uncil that such proposed assessment has been completed <br />and f{]~.d i~': his office for public inspection. <br /> <br />NOW 'i~HgRE?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY~ ANOVA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> ~i) That a hearing shall be held on the 15th day of <br />Septemi~ [986, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:50 P.M. to <br />pass u0o~ guch proposed assessment and at such time and place all <br />perso~ ~,~ning property affected by such improvement will be <br />give~ ~ opportunity to be heard with reference to such <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk is hereby <br />dire~,~ ~.~o cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed <br />asse~;~;r,~t to be published once in the official newspaper at <br />]east ,'~, in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to <br />the ~-ea~ i.~.~i, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of <br />the ~m,~ ov~ento He shall also cause mailed notice to be given <br />to tt~ ow~ of each parcel described in the assessment roll not <br />less tb~, ~wo weeks prior to the hearing. <br /> <br />The mo~;~,~ for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seco~d~,~, 'b'~ Council. member Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the fo]]~w~g voted in favor thereof: <br /> Resolution #86-140 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
