CALLING FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (River- wood ~{~'1.~ U~tpl~tted - #86-9) W31~IEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Councj'i t,~ August 22, 1986, the City Administrator/Clerk was direct'ed to prepare, a proposed assessment of the cost of the seal. co;:~f:i.,,',y~, project of the following streets: .l) Yakima Street N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 179th Lane N.W. 2) Tonto Street N.W. lying between 177th Avenue N.W. and 3.79th Lane N.W. 3) Salish Circle N.W. lying in the Northeast (,)uarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying North of 178th ane N.W. 4) 177th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2 , Township 32, Range 25, lying West of C.S.A.H. #7 (Roanoke Street N.W.) 5) 178th Lane N.W. lying between Tonto Street N.W and. C.SoAoH. #7 (Roanoke Street N.W.) 6) 179th Avenue N.W. lying between Yakima Street N.W. and Tonto Street N.W. AF!D WHEREAS the City Administrator/Clerk has notified the (:J~y Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and fi3~:d :i~; his office for p~lic inspection. NOW TI{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY~ A3~O~A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ,~) That a hearing shall be held on the 15th day of Septembec:, t986, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 8:00 P.M. to pass u-po~t ~uch proposed assessment and at such time and place all pers~ c~,~ing property affected by such improvement will be given z,.~:~ opportunity to be heard with reference to such ?)
