<br />2) Eaton Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue
<br />N',W. and Ermine Blvd. N.W.
<br />
<br />3) 180th Avenue N.W. lying East of Ermine Blvd.
<br />
<br />4) Halas Street N.W. lying South of Ermine Blvd.

<br />5) 176th Avenue N.W~ lying West of County Road

<br />RAMSE¥:. A}~OKA. COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br /> J.) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is
<br />attached h,,2re~o and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and
<br />shall ~r~l j tute the special assessment against the lands named
<br />thereJr,... ~,.d each tract of land therein, included in hereby found
<br />to be [~efit~,d by the proposed improvement in the amount of the
<br />asses,,~mc~.i i.,,!~vied against: it.

<br /> 2 Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual
<br />insta]~,~oL3 extending over a period of three years, the first of
<br />the it,.~;~,iI_-.me~ts to be payable on or before the first Monday in
<br />Jar~u~'y ~ 1988,, and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.80 per
<br />cent ~.r,~.~,~ from the date of the adoption of this assessment
<br />resolt, t ;~, To the first installment shall be added interest on
<br />the ~i; i.~'~ ~tsr~essment from the date of this resolution until
<br />Decemhc::¢ 3~.,~ 1986. To each subsequent installment when due shall
