S, pursuant to proper notice duly given as <br />requJ~e~! b,z ].aw, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and <br />pass~.~ ,,~)on ali. objections to the proposed assessment for the <br />sea~ coat ;~g, improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />1) Yo!ite Street N.W. lying between the North and <br />South boundary lines of the plat of Carol-Rose <br />Acres <br /> <br />2) I64th Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />N,,Wo and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) 164th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />N.W~ and Lots 4 and 5 Block 2 of the plat of Carol- <br />Rose Acres <br /> <br />4) 163rd Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />N~W~ and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />NOW 'gH]~F-EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY~ ANOK4~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> ]) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is <br />attached ht>reto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and <br />sha] 1 ~'~;~ ~tute the special assessment against the lands named <br />therei~'~., ~,~d each tract of ].and therein included in hereby found <br />to be i-~,~efi, ted by the proposed improvement in the amount of the <br />asses~;me,~ /~vied against it. <br /> <br /> 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual <br />insta]'lm(~,~ extending over a period of three years, the first of <br />the i.~,',t~J ]ments to be payable on or before the first Monday in <br />Janua',y~ .'[!)88~ and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.80 per <br />cent zka~,,~,~ from the date of the adoption of this assessment <br />resoh, ti~--~ To the first installment shall be added interest on <br />the er, t:i ~:~,. assessment from the date of this resolution until <br />Decemb~-~ ~1~ 1986.
