CouncJi,~mber Cox introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #86-154 <br /> <br />RESOLUTiO!~:i ADOPTING ASSESSMENT (#86-12 - Kork's Addition) <br /> <br /> WiiEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as <br />requ:i~i by ]aw, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and <br />pass~,d ~,p~-.-, all objections to the proposed assessment for the <br />sealc~,atir~i ia~provement of the following streets: <br /> <br />1) 153rd Lane N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 and the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 23 , Township 32 , <br />Range 25, lying West of Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />2) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Hematite Street <br />N~,W. and Xenon Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) Zirconium Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane <br />N~W. and 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Z~) Xenon Street lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and <br />154th Lane N~W. <br /> <br />NOW TBEP-..E]i'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSE~f~. A~OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> ]) ,c;~ch proposed assessment, a copy of which is <br />atta~:b~.~i hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and <br />sha] 1 ~'~,.~.~ itute the special assessment against the lands named <br />thereJn.~ ~,nc] each tract of land therein included in hereby found <br />to be b~'~nafited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the <br />asses,~;me~ 1;~,ied against: it. <br /> <br /> 2) .quch assessment shall be payable in equal annual <br />insta!l~ents extending over a period of three years, the first of <br />the in;~ii~'o, ents to be payable on or before the first Monday in <br />Janu~,ry ~ !988, and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.80 per <br />cent ar-~,~.,~ from the date of the adoption of this assessment <br />resol~,~-~ To the first installment shall be added interest on <br />the ent~irc assessment from the date of this resolution until <br />Decemb~c 31.~ ].986.
