Counci]~er~l~er Schlueter introduced the following resolution and moved, fo~ J.t~ adoption: RESOLUTION #86-160 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVF, MENT (#86-22 Public Utilities in Ramsey's Industrial Area) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Councii ~d~pted September 30, 1986, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pe~· ~, Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with refere~,c~ to the extension of public utilities in Ramsey's Indus ~ ~.' i.,~ A.,:~a. WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Coun<.i ! ~ September 30, 1 986 , which report indicates the fo]. ].ow~ m;,: ~.:stimated Total Cost of Project $1 ,703 ,000 ~stimated Residential eqivalent unit cost Sanitary Sewer Trunk REC $ 398.29 Water Trunk REC $ 885.87 t.ateral Cost Per Front Foot $ 50.00 Service Cost: Per Service $1,000.00 NOW THE}4EI~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY~ A~OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ii) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvc~-,,~,.~ of such extension of public utilities into Ramsey's Ind. ust~';~ Are. a in accordance with the report and the assessment of abut! ~g property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve~,~:~t pursuant to Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost ,f ~be bnprovement of $1,703,000. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 20th day of October, 1986 in the Couuci3 (hambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the C~t:5' Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hea,_~ny, and improvement as required by law.
