Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~86-185 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS/ABANDONED PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has obtained various <br />bicycles, unusable equipment and supplies over the past several <br />months; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has determined the unusable <br />equipment to be surplus/abandoned property and must be disposed <br />of; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> t) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey herebby <br />declares the various bicycles, unsuable equipment and supplies as <br />surplus/abandoned property and to be disposed of at a public <br />auction scheduled for November 29, 1986 at 10:00 A.M. and said <br />notice of public auction be advertised in the Anoka Union. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember DeLuca and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann <br />Councilmember Cox <br />Councilmember DeLuca <br />Councilmember Schlueter <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of October, 1986. <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
