Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #86-1 83 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the revisions hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street System under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following described road: (a) Nonexistent 153rd Avenue N.W. between Andrie Street N.W. and U.S. Highway #10 & 169 at the West City limits. be, and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same constructed, improved andmaintained as part of the State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 112. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Reimann Councilmember Cox Councilmember DeLuca Councilmember Schlueter Councilmember Sorteberg and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council th is the 28th day of October, 1 986.
