Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #86-191 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR RENNER AND SONS, INC. (PROJECT #86-16 MUNICIPAL WELL NO. 2 AND MODIFICATIONS TO PUMPHOUSE NO. 1) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved the following project in the City of Ramsey on June 30, 1 986; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #86-157 awarding the bid to Renner and Sons for municipal well no. 2 and modifications to Pumphouse No. I; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to Rennet and Sons in the amount of $33,283.73. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: t) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Rennet and Sons for municipal well no. 2 and modifications to pumphouse no. 1 in the amount of $33,283.73 · 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #86-188 approving payment of the bills for the month of November, 1986. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Reimann Councilmember Cox Councilmember DeLuca Councilmember Schlueter Councilmember Sorteberg and the following voted against the same: None Resolution #86-191 Page I of 2
