Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following re~olution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~86-194 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF STANHOPE RIVER HILLS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Marie Skiba, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," has applied for plat approval of the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Government Lots 1 and 2, Section 19, Township 32~ <br />Range 24, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />which plat is to be known as STANHOPE RIVER HILLS, hereinafter <br />known as "Plat,"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />pursuant to Chapter 170.03 of the City Code, held a public <br />hearing on the proposed plat on August 5, 1986, which hearing was <br />duly published in the City's legal newspaper and written notice <br />of the hearing was given pursuant to law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at a <br />regular meeting on September 2, 1986 recommended that the City <br />Council grant preliminary approval of the Plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission at a <br />regular meeting on September 11, 1986 recommended that the City <br />Council require the donation of Outlot A of the Plat be donated <br />to the City for future park use to satisfy the City's <br />requirements for park dedication; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council reviewed the minutes <br />from the Planning and Zoning Commission and Park and Recreation <br />Commission meetings regarding discussion of the Plat, which <br />minutes are incorporated a if fully set forth herein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council granted preliminary approval <br />to the Plat at its meeting on September 30, 1986. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> i) That final approval of STANHOPE RIVER HILLS is <br />granted contingent upon the Developer providing proof to the City <br />of marketable title for the property and entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> 2) That this approval is contingent upon review and <br />approval of the Plat by the Minnesota Department of Natural <br />Resources. <br /> <br />Resolution #86-194 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
