Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #86-198 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR RENNER AND SONS, INC. (PROJECT 986-16 MUNICIPAL WELL NO. 2 AND MODIFICATIONS TO PUMPHOUSENO. 1) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved the following project in the City of Ramsey on June 30, 1986; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #86-157 awarding the bid to Renner and Sons for Municipal Well No. 2 and modifications to Pumphouse No. 2; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to Renner and Sons in the amount of $11,280.06. NC~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA ~, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Renner and Sons for Municipal Well kb. 2 and modificatioons to Pumphouse No. 1 in the amount of $11,280.06. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partialpayment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #86-197 approving payment of the bills for the month of December, 1986. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember DeLuca and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Reimann Councilmember Cox Councilmember DeLuca Councilmember Schlueter Councilmember Sorteberg and the following voted against the same: None Resolution #86-198 Page 1 of 2
