Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #86-200 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY OF RAMSEY TO EXECUTE AND ENTER INTO <br />THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AGENCY AGREEMENT <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA(XX/NTY, STATE OFMINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That pursuant to Section 161.36, Subdivisions 1 <br />through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of Transportation <br />be appointed as agent of the City of Ramsey to let as its agent, <br />contracts for the construction of local roads and bridges. <br /> <br /> 2) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby <br />authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute <br />and enter into a contract with the Commissioner of Transportation <br />prescribing the terms and conditions of such contracts in the <br />form as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation Agency Agreement", a copy of which said agreement <br />was before the Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of the <br />obligations therein contained. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Schlueter and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann <br />Councilmember Cox <br />Councilmember DeLuca <br />Councilmember Schlueter <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Cuncil this the 16th day of Decembert 1986. <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
