(lox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #87-22 <br /> <br />RESCLUTION ;~j~{ORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO APPLY FOR PLANNING ASSISTANCE <br />GRANT FU~,.D~; F~O?',~ THE METROPOLITAN OOUNCIL <br /> <br />NO~ ~I~ERP,~Y)P.g, ~4E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ~IL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, ~,.~!E O~~ MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) '3'l~d 't:~(~ City of Ramsey will act as the sponsor during the period from <br />January 3].~ ]98'/ through January 31, 1988. City A~ministrator David R.
