RELOCATION OF "EP" LINE STRUCTURES #205 THROUGH #210 (PROJECT #g6~ ].5 MSAS 153RD LANE N.W. PUMA TO ANDRIE) W}D~LEAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved Project o{/86 ~i ': ]53rd Lane from Puma to Andrie on August 12, 1986; and the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted awarding the bid to H & S Asphalt Company; and ~.¢'~iE~:EAS, United Power Association of Elk River revised and relocat,'~d o~' "EP" line structures #205 through #210 to accommodate road constructio~ i~.r roadway prints submitted to them by the City of Ramsey; and W)0,~}~EAS, United Power Association of Elk River is requesting payment i;~ *h., amount of $].2,523.25 for the revision and relocation of "EP" ]_i',~,~-~ ~.~'~'tct:ures #205 through #210. NOW THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUS'TY., ~TATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I'_ That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to United ?ow~ J~sociation of Elk River in the amount of $12,523.25. 2 i'hat the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City AdminS. s~rot,:~ to s-lgn the release form for this payment. ~ii !~hat the total amount of this payment is not included in Reso]utio~ ~/ .76 approving payment of the bills for the month of April, 1987~ 4 That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed ,~.~10y o~ t}~i,~ reso],ution.
