<br />and sp~cj [Jcations for the Improvement Project #87-22 Rum River
<br />Plaza a~id ~,~: presented such plans and specifications to the
<br />Council ;~o~: :i~proval.

<br />NOW THF, REFORi:;., BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, g, NO>~>% COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />is att~c~c,~i !,creto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
