I W~:{EREAS, the City Council by action on August 27, 1985 adopted ~ I ax increment 'financing plan (the Plan) for Tax Incremeo-i ~';,,~ming DistrJ.ct No. 1; and W'iIEREAS, the City Council by action on August 12, 1986 modifjc, d !h~. ]']an for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1; and. W~II~REAS, it is necessary to modify the Plan to authori-.~(, ~:-,.F,( ~ditures fc~r certain public improvements. NOW THEREF()RI,:~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF RAMSEY, AN¢)~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I~l?e~.~ere, Lefler, Kennedy, 0'Brien & Drawz, as special c~,,',,:~e], is hereby authorized and directed to prepare a ~,:l i ~! ~cation to the tax increment financing plan to a ~ i~ i~ or J. z e ex p end i t ur e s f or c er t a i n p ub I ic :ity staff is hereby authorized and directed to take ~_~ct i. ons necessary to prepare and present the ~;~1; ilications to the tax increment financing plan for increment Financing District No. 1 to the City C~t~,c;J as expeditiously as is reasonably possible.
