(Projects ~86- 17, 18 ~ 20 Fi intwood Hi].ls Third Addition) W'ilEt{EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved ~:l~c following project in the City of Ramsey on March 25, 1986; a~td wHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Re-~o[ut:ion #86'"108 awarding the bid to Widmer, Inc. for the co-,.~ zu~.tion of utilities and streets in Flintwood Hills Third Add .[f'J o:,-~., and WHi,;REAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson recommends final payment to Widmer, Inc. in the 472. 58 J.n his letter dated June 18, 1987 .
