Counci]~e,l~!...er Cox introduced the following resolution and <br />moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #87-142 <br /> <br />RESOLU .J ~R JPPROVING FINAL PAY FOR ELK RIVER LANDFILL (River s <br />Bend Pa}~k %~-g~d[ng and travel of access road) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cit. y Council of the City of Ramsey <br />directed i'b,~ City Engineer to prepare plans and specs for grading <br />and gr~vei of access road and parking area for River's Bend Park; <br />directi~g C__;ty Staff to seek price quotes for the grading and <br />app] ica~:i ,n of gravel and award the contract to the lowest <br />bidder; ~n~l i:h~: the expenditure shall be derived from the 1986 <br />Park Fm~d; <br /> <br /> W}~>'-~liEAS, Mr. Peter R.
