<br />privilege~ o~ie~:~d by Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. at the Anoka Regional

<br /> WH'~,:l:fi,;t:S, ~:he Ramsey Jaycees repainted the City of Ramsey signs
<br />located at ,-r,t~-r~>~ce points to the City and distributed litter bags to the 56
<br />Jaycees Cl,al>t,:~.~: throughout the State of Minnesota and litter bags and coloring
<br />books promoti.~5~,, "Keep America Beautiful" to students at Franklin and Ramsey

<br />NOW THEREFOR'~, B~ lit RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA
<br />COUNTY, STAT~ OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />of the Rams~,~ ~,/cees to promote "Keep America Beautiful" day and encourage a
<br />strong sens,~ ,-.f ommunity throughout Ramsey.
