CounciTm~.mb,-~,z Cox introduced the following resolution and moved <br />fo]: its ~d~)~,~.;on: <br /> RESOLUTION #87-162 <br /> <br />RESOI,UT[O~' I;R)NTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR PINE COVE <br /> <br /> VTiIEREA$, Mr. Gilbert Menkveld, hereinafter referred to <br />as "De~;~i(.l,r r," has properly applied for plat approval of the <br />following r~.';~.'il)ed property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />A~.I 'I.bal part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />(!~.,-~, ter of Section 4, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />t4 u~e. sota, which lies southeasterly of Anoka County Highway <br />i.i{~ 53 ~s laid out and traveled. <br /> <br />which p~.~i <br />and <br /> <br />known as PINE COVE, hereinafter known as "plat; <br /> <br /> WHEi~U~A$, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />pursuer.'[. ~:~, (ibapter 170.03 of the Ramsey City Code, held a public <br />hearin~ c~. the proposed plat on June 2, 1987, which hearing was <br />duly pr~bl~..';h~d .in the City's legal newspaper and written notice <br />of the hea~ i~[; was given pursuant to law; and <br /> <br /> W][~}iEAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at <br />]_ts re;;v,~;:x' meeting on June 2, 1987 recommended that the City <br />grant ?:~:~:J }~r:inary plat approval of the Plat with the following <br />provisitm.~ ].~ a variance to the cul-de-sac length; 2) no soil <br />boring:~ ~ cq~,ired; 3) Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 be redrawn to allow <br />Lot: ] n~o~'e {',ontage on Sapphire Street and a variance to the lot <br />size fo:c ~o~: 2 ~ Block 2; and 4) a 66 foot utility easement <br />between ~,~'~ ? :md 3~ Block 2 for a future roadway; and <br /> <br /> W][~].~EAS, the City Council reviewed the Planning <br />Comm~is~i(,n~ public hearing and meeting minutes, which minutes <br />are inco~'i~'~'~t ~,l as if fully set forth herein; and <br /> <br /> W'}iE}EAS~ at a regular meeting on June 23 , 1 987 , the <br />City Cr;~t~,. i I granted preliminary plat approval of the Plat <br />continge~-,',: t~pon the provision of a 66 foot easement between Lots <br />2 and 3, ¢%!cck 7 for a future roadway. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE ~T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, AN~)KA COUN°Pf, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> i~ ~ '?hat final plat approval of PINE COVE is hereby <br />granted co~d~{.~qlent upon the foIlowing: <br /> <br />~:~, Mro Menkveld providing a 66 foot easement <br />/ etween Lots 2 and 3 , Block 2 to be used for a <br /> utu~e roadway; <br /> <br />All lots in PINE COVE shall access on to <br /> Resolution #87-162 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
