NOW THEREF(t-R~,~ BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOiA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) ,:he portior, of the cost of such improvement to be paid by ~:i~ (ity of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $0.00 and the portio.,~ ~f ~ b,e cost to be assessed against benefited property owners ~ d~c].~rp_d to be $340,745.30. z> The City Administrator, with the assistance of the City E~,~ i~cr Mt.-.
