Counci)m~,i~cc Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for i~'~ ~id~,i~! ;,m: RESOLUTION #87-165 RESOLUTION D~.~CLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSEO ASSESSMENT (~86-18 Dysprosium Street in the plat of FlJ ntwo~d W'~.i~gi~..~i~A~.;, a contract has been let and costs have been determin~d with reference to the M.S.A.S. improvement of Dysprc. i~i~,~, Street N.W, in the plat of Flintwood Hills 3rd Additio~ .q~d the contract price for such improvement is $30,673~0!~ ~,~:d the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making oq :~t~h improvement amount to $8,744.81 so that the total cost of lh~ j~0:covement will be $39,417.82. NOW THER. Eb~OR~;~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOVA COIINTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) ~;he portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid b?/ ~ h~: City of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $34,406.57 and th,u 1~,',~'~ ion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property o~,~,c~ J.s declared to be $5,011.25. '~) 'i'he City Administrator, with the assistance of the City E~:4~,.~,ar Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associate;;..
