NOW TH~;REgOR~:~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANO~:A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: !]~ '\ hearing shall be held on the 25th day of August, 1987 i,., ~..~e ]~amsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. to pass upon such p~opo~;e~l, assessment and at such time and place all persons owning t'~ ¢~pr rty affected by such improvement will be given an opporttJ~i i.?/ to be heard with reference to such assessment. 'J) The City Administrator is hereby directed to cause a not ice r~t the hearing on the proposed assessment to be publis~,~(~ o~c.e in the official newspaper at least fifteen days prior to I:b~ hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of t~.~ J~rJ. provement.
