<br />NOW THEI~.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY: /P,~0Yfi COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br /> I) That such pl. ans and specifications, a copy of which
<br />is att~,~t,~,~ hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.

<br /> ~) 't'hat the City Administrator shall prepare and cause
<br />to be i~:;t~ ~d Jn the official paper (Anoka County Union) and the
<br />Constr,~';' ~, Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making
<br />of such i,,p~'~vement undo_r such approved plans and specifications.
<br /> The ~dvo,:'t i sement shall be published for fifteen days, shall
<br />specii':?/ ~ )~ work to be done, shall state that bids will be
<br />receive~; by i'.he City Administrator until 11:00 A.M. on August 24,
<br />1987~ at ~.,,blch time they will be publicly opened in the Council
<br />Chamber~ of the Ramsey Municipal Center by the City Administrator
<br />and CitF i!~,gi, ueer, will then be tabulated and will be considered
<br />by' the i~.;~n~sc,~ City Council at 7:30 P.M. on August 25, 1987 in the
<br />Council !;l.a,,~bers. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned
<br />during t:,')~,deration of the bid will be given an opportunity to
<br />address .-b~. Cou~cil on. the issue of responsibility. No bids will
<br />be con~;;.,lax~'d unless sealed and filed with the City Administrator
<br />and acco~,,~',a',~ied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or
