(Anoka County #83) WHEREAS, the Cityy Administrator has notified the Council ', k~a~ such proposed assessment has been completed and filed i~ hi; office for public inspection. NOW THEREfORL, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANO}IA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That a hearing shall be held on the 8th day of Septemter~ ] 987 ~ in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. to pass UFO~ ~:ucb proposed assessment and at such time and place all person~ ~,~,~,.ir~g property affected by such improvement will be given r~ c,l>portunity to be heard with reference to such ~J S e s s?1l~!13 i~, ~'hat the City Administrator is hereby directed to cause ~t x,~* ice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be publisi~,d ~,~:c.e ~n the official newspaper at least fifteen days prior t~ kh~. hearing, and he. shall state in the notice the total cost of ~:"~ i,,provement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be given ~:~: i.F,~: owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll no!
