<br /> WHEREAS th~ City of Ramsey proposes to construct a watermain,
<br />sanitary sew~ a,~ street improvement project, known as Improvement Project
<br />#87-19, wblc}, ?,o~ect wlll be constructed generally in:

<br />~o~;.ih ~,/2 of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25; and Auditor's
