Ei~%~RI, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOglA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: !) ~i c~:rtain petition requesting the extension of sanita~:y ~-wer and water service from the northern edge of the River's i'.,.~f~ subdlvision to 0utlot B of Rum Acres Estates, filed with th,.-~ cit~,~ Council on August 19, 1987, is hereby declared to be sig~,,~.~ i,v the required percentage of voters of property affect~,.d tL<~reby. This declaration is made in conformity with the Cha~ of Ram~ey: Minnesota and other relevant State Statute~· ~) ~'h,'~ petition is hereby referred to City Engineer Peter ~,vt.ikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. and he is J_nstru(~I:c~:l ~o report to the City Council with all convenient speed, advi,~i.~g the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed i~)l,~;~ve~ent is feasible and as to whether it should best be made ~ p~:oposed or Jn connection with some other improvement and the :~:~ i-~m~d cost of the improvement as recommended.
