EAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson <br />Anders,,~ ]~c, recommended partial payment to Dave Perkins <br />Contract J~,~,~ ~ (nc, in the amount of $51,786.95. <br /> <br />NOW THERF,~-,'O}~, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOgA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> i) !:hat the City Council hereby authorizes partial <br />payment ;~ [-~ ~.'~e Perkins Contracting, Inc. for site improvements <br />to Rive~ ~:~ i'~c',~,( Plaza in the amount of $51,786.95. <br /> <br /> :~) ~hat the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor <br />or Cit:y A,]~i :.J:~trstor to sign the release form for this partial <br />payme~t, <br /> <br /> i:) '~'ha! the total amount of this partial payment is <br />not incJ~ti,,:d ~_n.
