CounciJJ~t,~ml,~r Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its ~.;ooflon: RESOLUTION #87-238 RESOLUTIOI~ A~?i;NDING THE 1987 BUDGET W}~7~:REAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted the 1 987 Budget ].y }le~olution #86-189 on the 25th day of November, 1986; a nd WflEREAS, the 1987 Budget has been amended by City Council Percolation #87-53, and #87-91; and Wfl~,REAS, the City needs to reappropriate available Federa! li~v(~nu~ Sharing Funds before September 30, 1987; and W;,IEREAS, by City Council motion on September 1, 1987, the Ci_~y ~:o..~ci! indicated that the appropriations supported by Fedezal I~(~:~'nue Sharing for purchasing a one-ton truck, and a grass mov~- :~] m~].d be reappropriated; and WgE~%EAS, by City Council motion on September 1, 1987, the City (:~,eil indicated that remaining Federal Revenue Sharing Funds ,~1, o~]. be used for purchasing a disk drive and utility billin?, ~),.i em for the City's computer system to the extent available,; ~,d ¥~:IE'iEAS, by City Council motion on September 1, 1987, the Cil5 <~.o~ nci! indicated that cost in excess of projected Federal P.~e~.,e r~llotments should be funded by the General Fund.
