<br />Minne:~ot:~ and the Metropolita~ Council allocate, on a priority basis, all
<br />r~ecas:~;~5~ ~esources to identify, design and construct appropriate
<br />faci].i~ [~,~ I _~ ~'~at[sfy identified north metro area Mississippi River bridge
<br />needs ~

<br /> City of Ramsey supports locations which will meet the
<br /> liver bridge needs and specifically encourages the favorab'le.
<br /> i )n of a Mississippi River crossing at the intersection of
<br />(io.qty #13 and the Mississippi River in the vicinity of the weigh
<br /> :;~ Hwy. #l_O .i_n Ramsey.
