Louis Construction <br />for ~h~: ezi,~:sio, of sewer and water to the Industrial Area; and <br /> <br /> ¥/I~i]':REAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson <br />Ander~, o~,., lilac, recommended partial payment to S.J.Louis <br />Constru~ti~,~ }~ the amount of $368,838.45. <br /> <br />NOW THI';RE~'Oi~.*'., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOI<A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> !': T'hat the City Council hereby authorizes partial <br />paymeni ~ c ?,O.Louis Construction for the extension of sewer <br />and wat~, ~.. the Industrial.
