<br />assis'~ ~o,.~al governments in the acquisition and development of outdoor

<br />River".~ i~z,_,~! .?a~:k, which land is to be held and used for permanent open

<br />approv.'~] ~ i}~ere must be proof that it is part of a comprehensive outdoor

<br />NOW, D~}O~;Ft~RE.~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY:

<br /> Trade and Economic Development, Outdoor Recreation Grants
<br />::~ci_ion, for a grant from the Bonded Minnesota Laws 1987, Chapter
<br />/~(!(~, Sect[on fl, subdivision 2(a) for an amount presently estimated
<br /> i>r~ $40,000,00 and the applicant will pay the balance of cost
<br />~:~-~t other funds available to it.
<br />
<br />?'h~;~ thc_~ Mayor of the City Council and the City Administrator are
<br />~:i,~_c. ted to execute and file: a) such application and the 5-year
<br />~ri. ~cu,. l,rogram with the State of Minnesota, Department of Trade
<br />r~r,d ?;co,mmic Development, Outdoor Recreation Grants Section and to
<br />l~r~',~[de additional information and furnish such documents as may
<br />1,r~ .:~qu~red by said Department; and b) to act as the authorized
