<br />right.---of~.~,v ca,~;ernent s for construction of the improvement
<br />includ.i,~..4 ~ 16a5 square foot permanent easement and 900 square
<br />foot te~,.v~,:~ry easement ~ which property is owned by Reilley
<br />Es ta te .*: :, ~ pz~,ztnership, AND a 9,554 square foot permanent
<br />easemen~ ;,.nd a 1.5,070 square foot temporary easement from Marie
<br />C~ Skibn~ ¥o h of the. se parcels are adjacent to Roanoke Street
<br />N.W. T~,~ :,? ~ ,.ched surveys show respective easement parcels; and

<br /> ~.li{EREA,q, the Ci. ty Engineer and City Attorney have
<br />negotJ a~,,c z settlement with Reilley Estates of $400.00 for
<br />paymeni o~ l~,th the temporary easement and permanent easement and
<br />a sett i.c,~tc~,t of $1 ~000.00 for the temporary and permanent
<br />easenmm,q ~,,,,ilb ?,h~ri.e C. ,qkiba; and

<br /> w}i}';?.EAS, Council finds both of said settlements to be
<br />reasonab!r p,.yments for the damages incurred by the landowners.

<br />NOW THI~.RF, F(:tl~, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANf~!.A COIINTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />City c],eci~ ! ~> Reil].ey Estates, a partnership, in the amount of
<br />$400.00 for p ~yumnt of the permanent and temporary easements as
<br />described
<br />

<br />Cjty ch~'.~? t~ Marie C~ Skiba in the amount of $1,000 for payment
<br />of the ~>c'~,,.'~en~ and. temporary easements as described herein.
