<br />Octobe:,: i.f:~ ~ 19fl7 ~ adopted Resolution #87-245 which adopted
<br />Gatewa ~!,~:iI:, I~dustrial Airport Zoning Ordinance #87-7; and
<br />
<br /> WI',EI EAS~ the Gateway North Industrial Airport Zoning
<br />Ordina~:c~. .#g?'~7 was published in the Anoka County Union (the
<br />City's ,~f ~'Jcial newspaper) on Friday, October 16, 1987; and
<br />
<br /> according to City Charter Section 3.09, all
<br />nance.~3 shall take effect 30 days after
