S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved '~:hi~[ project on April 22, 1986; and WREREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolutir~t ~/~6-.~120 awarding the bid to H & S Asphalt Company for Project #:;'i6-i5 153rd Avenue N.W. from Puma Street to Andrie S/reett i'L,W~; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Ander~o~ , i~ nc, recommended final payment to H & S Asphalt Company i~ ~he amount of $17,981.34 in his memo dated December ].5~ 1987~ NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: :i ~ That the City Council hereby authorizes final paym. en~.
