(PROJEC~ #87-3 RIVER'S BEND PLAZA) WHEREAS, the City C ounc il of the City of Ram sey approved <his project on. ~ebruary 24, 1987; and W~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted R. esoluti~,~ ~!87-62 awarding the bid to Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc fo~ .~:it~ improvements to River's Bend Plaza; and V)}~;~REA$, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Ander~o~ J.~c~ recommended partial payment to Dave Perkins Contracti~ ~ ~nc~ in the amount of $4,273.48. NOW TBEREFORt~, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ;d~.OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial paymenL .~.e b~,ve Perkins Contracting, Inc. for site improvements to River~ B~d Plaza in the amount of $4,273.48. 73 That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City ~dm~istrator to sign the release form for this partial payment ~ 3) That: the total amount of this partial payment is not inc]ud-~0 jn Resolution #87-280 approving payment of the bills for the mon,.:.ii of December, 1987. 4> That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided ~. ~.,;~.:~md copy of Iihis resolution.
