Councii!m~mber Cox introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its ado!?;~{on: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #87-279 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION' AUTHORIZING TEMPORARY EASEMENT PAYMENT TO ELSIE D. <br />CHICOINE <br /> <br /> ~HEkEAS, the City has undertaken an improvement project <br />for the p-.rp.~se of construction of water and sewer utilities in <br />the gen~al area of County Road #116 and Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />#57, ]~ wh,~h project is known as Improvement Project #87-19; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire certain temporary <br />construct ion easements for construction of the improvement <br />i. ncludi~g ~,. :~trip of ].and described as follows: <br /> <br /> part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />~:ection 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying <br /> of the north 504.50 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the <br /> hwest Quart:er. <br /> <br />,%~,..d temporary construction easement is lying northerly of the <br />c~,nterline of County Road #116 as it is now laid out and traveled <br />;~.rl southerly of a line 45.00 feet north of, as measured at a <br />~ight angle to and parallel with said centerline of County Road <br />//~16 as it is now 1. aid out and traveled; <br /> <br />which p~-p~rty is adjacent to County Road #116 and is owned by <br />ELSIE ~}~ Ctt)COINE. The attached survey shows the temporary <br />easemeni: p~r(:~!; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City Engineer and City Attorney have <br />negotiat~d ,: settlement for payment of said easements with the <br />owner i.~, th, amount of $260.00, which settlement the Council <br />finds t,~ b~" r~asonable; and <br /> <br />feet. <br /> <br />the temporary easement area is 39,600 square <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORL, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) I)hat the City Administrator is directed to issue a <br />City ci~.~:k ~.o ELSIE D.
