Councilmembor ~;~_~Luca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #88-48 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEI~iI:.NT (Caroline Acres) WHEff, iEAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted March 8, 1988, a repod ha~; been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reh;rc:nce to the tarvia surfacing improvement of the following streets: a) 17~-',th Lane N.W. within the plat of Caroline Acres b) Xonoli'd'~ Street N.W. between 178th Lane N.W. and 181st Avenue N.W. (Anoka Co,,~nt,./ #64) WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March 22, 1988, which repor~ indicates the following: Estirn~]t~,d 'Fetal Cost of Project $60,300.00 Esdm~tr;d Fetal Assessment per unit (individual property cost): $4,307.14 Esti~r~a:-.'ed Annual Assessment per unit $671.05 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That '~hr; t~amsey City Council will consider the tarvia surfacing improvement of such street'.; ir: ~ccordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a podim~ of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estirna~ed ~otal cost of the improvement of $60,300.00. 2 ) That ~ ~u[,lic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of April: 1988, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the Cii¥ Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and iml~r~)ven~ent as required by law.
