Councilmeml~z~~ ~;orteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-073 <br /> <br />RESOLiJTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPI,;f~HclCATIONS (Improvement Project No. 87-26 Dysprosium St. N.W.) <br /> <br /> WIIERE AS, The City Engineer has prepared right of way plans for the acquisition of <br />Dysprosi'mn S~rect N.W. between the plat of Flintwood Hills 4th Addition and Nowthen Blvd, and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the 9th day <br />of February, i 0P,~, authorized the City Attorney at acquire the right of way for Dysprosium Street. <br /> <br /> WIIERI[,;AS, the City Attorney has acquired the right of way for the extension of <br />Dysprosium <br /> <br />NOW THEREIn'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That sttch improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted <br />the 9~h da,! of February, 1988. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Th at M r~ Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as <br />the engim';cr for this improvement.
