Councilmernher r-;ox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-90 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPEClFICAT~ONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #88-04 (SEALCOATING OF <br />BARTHELS RUff1 ACRES 1ST & 2ND ADDITIONS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 24th day of February, 1988, <br />fixed a date for ~ Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating of Barthels Rum <br />River Acres l st ,~ 2nd Additions (Project #88-04); and <br /> <br /> WH_REAts, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 22nd day of March, 1988 at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOK& COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />SLJch improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted 24th <br />day of F:ebruary, 1988. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Mr. P[.d'er Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
