Councilmeh~ber (;ox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #88-05 (SEALCOATING OF <br />BOWERG DRIVE N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 24th day of February, 1988, <br />fixed a datE: for ~. Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating of Bowers Drive <br />N.W. (Project -#~:~8-.05); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and thr.., hearing was held thereon on the 22nd day of March, 1988 at which time all <br />persons (le,~;irin¢ to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />SUCh improw,~rnent is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted 24th <br />day uf Fe'.:~ruary, 1988. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />M:'. Peter Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
