Councilmembcr (:ox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #88-92 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPEClFICAHONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #88-06 (SEALCOATING OF 157TH LANE NW. El^ST OF COUNTY ROAD #56) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 24th day of February, 1988, fixed a date for ;~{ Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating of 157th Lane N.W. Ea,,;t of County Road #56 (Project #88-06); and WHE I]EAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and tho h~aring was held thereon on the 22nd day of March, 1988 at which time all persons desiriug '~o be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW 'rHEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOI4A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted 24th day ~ F~bruary, 1988. 2) Mr. Peter Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engine~;r ior this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of s[J,,-;h improvement.
